I'm all about style and photos as timeless as your love for each other.
My background as a wedding photographer is centered in an editorial approach steeped in the values of small business. I began learning the craft of creating fine imagery for a discerning clientele in my youth, under the instruction of my father, who has owned his own studio for most of my life. In 2011, I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, with a second concentration in fine arts, from Indiana University. Starting in 2009, I wrote and photographed for magazines and other editorial publications on both local & national levels, and I launched my career in New York City with an internship at Glamour magazine. This editorial and stylistic sensibility is the aesthetic I purvey, while the warmth and consideration of a family business is the energy I bring and the attitude I carry in your wedding photography journey.

In addition to my family's professional background, I have assisted, shot for, and received direct training and mentorship from more than 30 different professional photographers, mostly high-end professionals in New York City and Chicago with a variety of specialities, including, but not limited to, wedding, editorial, fashion, and commercial work. Each of these experiences has informed my technique, professionalism, and artistic eye.
